The Smart Access System transforms storage cabinets in Homes, Offices, Retail, Healthcare and Commercial into Smart Display & Storage Cabinets with Locking and LED Lighting solutions.
Smart Access eliminates the need for keys, keypads, and cards for locking/unlocking our system. The simplicity and accuracy of the Fingerprint sensor brings ease to the burdening task of unlocking doors or drawers of your storage cabinets by carrying a key, card, magnet or remembering your password. With our system, your fingerprint and Smart Access App are the keys.

Our Systems are WiFi (Cloud) enabled, Bluetooth and can be customized through the Admin Portal or the App. The Admin Portal allows the Admin to add and remove individual users and manage the individual registered users access time where the Admin can grant each user specific start and end times of access. The Admin can keep track of Name, Date and Time Stamp of every registered user that access the system using the biometric fingerprint sensor. The log can be accessed through the Cloud or the Access Point.
In addition to locking storage doors and drawers, our systems were designed with features to control LED lighting for accent and ambient effects to give your space a truly unique ambiance, plus it is very practical when storage cabinets are dark, providing illumination to easily find what you are looking for. Our Lights are used under upper cabinets, inside storage cabinets and drawers, in display cabinets, and as accent lighting on furniture.
We designed our System to be able to function as “Lock Mode” or “Light Mode” that works with our APP, Biometric Fingerprint Sensor, through Bluetooth, WiFi Cloud and Alexa.

ADVANCED ACCESS CONTROL
The Smart Access Hubs are WiFi (Cloud) enabled, Bluetooth and can be customized through the Admin Portal or the App.
The Admin Portal allows the Admin to add and remove individual users and manage the individual registered users access time where the Admin can grant each user specific start and end times of access. The Admin can keep track of Name, Date and Time Stamp of every registered user that access the system using the biometric fingerprint sensor. The log can be accessed through the Cloud Admin Portal and Access Point.

The Hubs have a Multi Channel output, which gives the flexibility to configure the system to your specific needs. Our Hubs were crated with versatility in mind to meet the many different applications the end user may have. They are designed to be used solely as locking systems, solely as lighting systems or as a combination of locking and lighting. The Hubs can be controlled through our Smart Access APP, the optional Fingerprint Sensor, through WiFi (Cloud), Bluetooth Admin Portal and Alexa. The Fingerprint Sensor can be configured in the settings page to function as a Digital Touch Switch to control lighting. Under this setting, anyone can operate lighting by simply touching the sensor, but only a registered user has the authorization to unlock the access control. New features will be unlocked with Firmware updates.
We currently offer one Hub model with 3 or 6 lock outputs. With this model, the user has the option to connect between 1 and 6 locks or 1 and 6 lights depending on the model. Several Hubs can be used within the same location with each device managed through the Smart Access App or Admin Portal. Each hub can be assigned a unique name in conjunction with the unit the system is installed on.
The Hubs are low voltage, 12VDC and come with the power adapter. In the event of a power outage, also included, is a DC to USB power cord that will power the system through the use of a cell phone power bank. The hubs can be mounted on wood, wood products, plastic or composite material. The hubs must not be installed near electrical equipment, electrical wires, wireless devices, fluorescent lighting and/or devices that can cause interference.

MODERN ACCESS FOR
A MODERN WORLD
Biometric Fingerprint Sensor: Our high quality finger-touch sensor can read a print in a fraction of a second, offers very high security and has very high accuracy. It can store up to 200 fingerprints. Our sensors are rated with FAR<0.001% and FRR<1%. Our sensors are programmed to operate as dual mode, depending on the setting it can work either as a biometric fingerprint sensor or as a digital touch switch. The digital touch switch setting works when the user selects light mode, that way anyone can operate lighting without the need of registering fingerprints. In addition, the user can decide whether the fingerprint controls both channels combined or separately. If the user selects to control both channels separately, then using the same registered fingerprint the user needs to touch the sensor for under 1.5 seconds to control one channel and over 2 seconds to control the other channel.
Smart Access App: Our app is free to download in the App Store and Google Play. The app is WiFi and Bluetooth enabled. The user can set up and modify the configuration settings directly from the app. Multiple devices can be controlled through the app. The app is secure and password enabled.
Alexa Voice Command: The hub has Alexa skill enabled and any Alexa device can control the system for locking or lighting. For locking, a secret pin needs to be entered to prevent anyone from telling Alexa to unlock a cabinet. This is an optional feature the users can enable if they desire to use that function.

Connect Remotely through a Desktop Computer, Tablet or Smart Phone: Our Hubs are connected to the Cloud, the user can use a desktop computer or tablet to access the Admin Portal. If the user chooses to do so, the user can also connect to the system through the system’s Access Point.

The Admin Portal allows the Admin to add and remove individual users, manage the individual registered users access time, grant each user specific start and end times of access, and keep track of name, date and time stamp of every registered user that access the system using the biometric fingerprint sensor. The log can be accessed through the Cloud or Access Point.
STATUS
Both Rotary Locks have an integral position sensor that enables the electronic lock to sense the position of the door/drawer and transmit it to the hub. The user can see the status in the app.
